Many changes have been made to what was once considered to be sound dietary advice. the most popular diets on the market: Atkins, Jenny Craig, Ornish, NutriSystem, Slim Fast, South Beach, Subway, Sugar Busters!, Weight Watchers and ZoneYour body naturally slows your metabolism while you sleep, you are still burning calories. Our friends the celebrities, well we feel like they are. They are so much a part of lives we can hardly make it through the day without seeing one of them in a magazine, on TV, or on the internet. We look and wonder what it would be like to be them. What it would be like to have their money, clothes, car, and jewelry. But most often we wonder what it would be like to have their looks and their bodies. At least one time we all have said “If I looked like…than I would be rich and famous”. In one of my previous articles title “What are the Most Popular Celebrity Diets?” I discussed and gave an opinion on The Zone Diet, The Atkins Diet, and the Sugar Busters Diet. In this article I will discuss and give an opinion on more of the Popular Diets in Hollywood and why I think you should look to an alternative program that will not force you to guess how to do the program and not cost you nearly as much.
